1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], New Zealand (NZBN [NZBN]), referred to here as "we", "us", or "RightHandMan.io". By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

RightHandMan.io crawls the public pages of a website you provide and turns each page into a ready-to-post LinkedIn post or article. We do not post on your behalf. We email the generated drafts to you so you can review, edit, copy, and paste them yourself. Drafts are a starting point, not finished published copy.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that:

  • You will only add and crawl websites that you own or are otherwise authorised to crawl and use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the content of any site you add.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every draft before posting it. You decide what to publish, and you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of anything you post.
  • You will not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to bypass our crawl limits, security, or rate controls.

The service only reads public pages, respects robots.txt, and applies crawl limits.

5. Trial, subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation. There is no lock-in.

If you choose to continue after the trial, you subscribe to a plan billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. For full details, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Paid billing through our payment processor is a planned addition and is being rolled out. We will make plan pricing clear before you are asked to pay. We may change features, limits, and pricing, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

6. Intellectual property

You own your source content and the drafts the service generates for you. We claim no ownership over your website content or your generated posts and articles. You grant us the limited rights needed to crawl your sites, generate drafts, and deliver them to you.

We own the RightHandMan.io software, brand, and underlying systems. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated drafts will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. AI-generated drafts may contain mistakes, and you must review them before use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, your crawling of sites you were not authorised to crawl, or content you choose to publish.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
