Getting started

RightHandMan.io is built for people who run a LinkedIn Company Page. Instead of starting from a blank box, it reads the pages you have already published and turns each one into a ready-to-post LinkedIn post or article, in your voice. You generate one piece at a time, so you always decide what goes out.

The whole flow is: add your website, let it scan your pages, pick a page, generate a post, tweak it if you want, then copy it to LinkedIn or add it to your Library to schedule.

Add a site

From your dashboard, choose Add a site and paste your homepage. We crawl your site (respecting robots.txt and crawl limits), read every public page, and sort them by type so you can see your whole site as a content backlog. This usually takes under a minute. A daily re-crawl then keeps the list fresh, adding new pages as you publish them.

• You can add more than one site and group sites into workspaces, which is handy for agencies.
• Only public pages are read. Nothing is ever posted on your behalf.

Generate a post

Open a site to see its pages. Each eligible page has a Create content button. Click it to open the composer, where you can generate a LinkedIn post or a longer article from that page. Each click gives you a fresh version you can compare.

Customize the draft

In the composer you can shape the output before (and after) generating:

• Goal, length, tone, point of view, emojis and quick add-ons like a punchier hook or a closing question.
• A free-text instruction for anything specific, for example "write as if we just launched this".
• Edit the draft inline in the preview. Your changes save automatically.

When it looks right, copy it straight to LinkedIn, or add it to your Library.

Library and Schedule

Your Library is the pool of posts you have marked ready. The Schedule posts from that pool: set a cadence, and we email you the next post when a slot is due, formatted and ready to paste. We never auto-post for you, because posts published natively by a real person tend to get better reach.

Anything you mark as shared moves to Posted, where you can find and reuse it later.

Edit the prompts

Power users can open Prompts (under Account) to edit the exact instructions behind every draft. The post and article templates must keep the {url} and {facts} tokens. If anything ever looks off, hit Reset to default to restore the original.
