Cancellation & Refund Policy

We keep this simple. You can try RightHandMan.io for free, you can cancel whenever you like, and there is no lock-in.

Free 7-day trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, and we do not ask for a credit card to begin. The trial gives you time to add a site, generate drafts, and decide whether the service is right for you. If you do nothing, you are never charged.

Cancel anytime, no lock-in

You can cancel at any time, during the trial or after you have subscribed. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term. To cancel, use the billing page in the app, or email us at hello@righthandman.io and we will take care of it.

What happens when you cancel

When you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. For example, if you cancel partway through a monthly billing period, you continue to have access until that month ends, and you are not billed again. The same applies to annual plans: access continues until the end of the paid year.

Refunds

Because you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, we generally do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period. If something has gone wrong, for example a billing error or a problem on our side that stopped you using the service, contact us and we will put it right. We honour your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.
